Yes, their Spyware Doctor is one of the best paid antispyware, and the free Spyware Doctor Starter Edition is almost as good.

We have a copy-and-paster here who is a big PC Tools advocate. Perhaps he'll copy-and-paste you an answer ;-)

I can't speak for PCTools Anti-Virus but both the PC Tools Firewall and PC Tools Threatfire are very good.

For your anti-virus needs, I would suggest Avira AntiVir® PersonalEdition Classic. It has excellent heuristics, a virus detection rate that is better than most ''paid-for'' anti-virus programs and is light on using your computer's resources. Uses less then 10 MB RAM on my machine. And did I mention that it's free for life! Works great on my Vista box, too.
