AVG - is one of the best. It's free as well. A tech friend said that AVG supplies Norton with their virus definitions. AVG updates 2 or 3 times a week as well. A second thing I'd recomend which is also on their site is the anti-spyware. It's free and is the best I've ever used. Hope that helps.
