avg free is good
AVG is crap - only a plonker would use it, if you want a good AV then use Nod32 or Kaspersky.

Never had a problem with AVG. Avoid Norton at all costs, it's a nightmare!
if u r ready to pay.. then just BUY KASPERSKY antivirus.. its the worlds best AV software u can get..

trust me..

u get so powerful AV software.. that even Nortons cannot compete with it/

I dont reckon AVG is all that good. I use CA VET and Kaspersky. (two computers). They both work good for me except i have a ******* hijacker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have allways had my own opinion on free anti-virus software,i beleive free security software is ok when downloaded from a trusted website
