Where can i find free spam and antivirus software that works and not only allow me to scan but to re

i have tried everywhere possible but only find software that allows me to scan but not to remove and my word i am not paying R300.00 to get something that only works half of the time.....please help !!!!!

avast is a good free virus protection

adaware is free for spyware

Download Ad-aware Anti spyware and Avast Home Edition or Avg Antivirus from download.com(link below) both are top rated and free. You can scan and remve also, the only limitation is that Real time protection disabled in the free version. But still its the best.
